Graduates of this qualification will

Be engaged or remain in education, training or work-based learning
Have obtained or working toward NCEA level 2 or equivalent
Have an achievable plan for employment, further education or training on exiting the service
Set achievable goals that support not just themselves but their partner and/or families
Be equipped with the resources to grow eg. Drivers license
Be strengthened in their confidence, abilities and overall wellbeing
Receive financial support and have budgeting skills to achieve their financial goals
